The ISD Sales Excellence General Manager (GM) is looking for an experienced **Executive Business Administrator - Sales Excellence** who is ready for a dynamic role in a fun, fast-paced and energetic team. **Responsibilities**
+ Complex calendar management
+ Expense management
+ End-to-end domestic and international travel planning for business leader including proactive adjustments to drive efficiencies
+ Partner with GM and Business Manager to effectively run the team
+ Partner with GM and Business Manager on the annual Rhythm of the Business (ROB) scheduling, including team meetings and offsites
+ Collaborate with administrative professionals across Industry Solutions Delivery and Microsoft
+ Partner with Business Manager on Headcount and other financial processes
+ Alias management
+ Procurement of goods and services
+ Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive material and information with discretion and professionalism.

**Qualifications**
**Required/Minimum Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.

**Additional/Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology) OR equivalent experience.
+ 2+ years' experience serving as mentor to others.
+ 3+ years' experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g. for events, morale, travel, training).
+ Experience using OneNote, SharePoint or similar applications.
+ Excellent organizational, analytical, anticipatory, and written communication skills
+ Advanced knowledge using Microsoft productivity tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint.
Business Support ATR-D - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $27.40 - $46.49 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $37.84 - $52.98 per hour.
