Job Details
Duties in this role include but are not limited to: calendar management, domestic and international travel planning, meeting management, reporting of key metrics, developing presentations, and other specified initiatives for Vice President level executives.
Day-to-day you will:
- Provide confidential administrative support to Vice Presidents
- Manage and maintain executive schedules/calendars/email
- Make travel and lodging arrangements for both domestic and international travel, including expense reporting
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements for meetings and committees
- Collect and prepare information for use in discussions, meetings, and formal presentations
- Compose routine correspondence
- Provide logistics for event planning, both small and large groups, both on-site or off-site, both local and international related to company business.
Are you qualified?
- 5+ years of prior experience in providing support to senior executive(s) using tools including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong track record interacting professionally with, and for, a diverse customer base with integrity
- Demonstrated organization skills with shown ability to deliver commitments on time and accurately the first time
- Excellent computer skills using Windows and MS Office, which includes Teams and Outlook (e-mail and calendar management), Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience using Apple Macs (in addition to Windows PCs) and iPhones preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with staff, clients, and external partners
- Demonstrated strong self-starter, independent, pro-active, and self-motivated, with strong learning agility while having the flexibility to handle change calmly and professionally
- Resourcefulness with proven ability to anticipate needs, prioritize responsibilities, manage multiple priorities with tight timelines, and take initiative
- Ability to work well both in team environments as well as operate independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and level of accuracy
