Executive Assistant
Description
Primary Position Responsibilities:
* Provides advanced secretarial/administrative support and assistance to Vice President level or above.
* Utilizing advanced software packages, prepares various types of correspondence, documents, spreadsheets/reports, and manuals.
* Follows up on written correspondence and telephone inquiries, may compose responses for leader and make recommendations for action
* Coordinates calendar of Sr. VP & General Manager, plans meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements and processes expense reports
* May attend meetings to act as minute keeper and to coordinate follow-up actions.
* Interface with senior management, cross organizations, internal and external customers, or government and community officials which require considerable tact and diplomacy
* Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
* Clerical — Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology
* Writing — Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience
* Active Listening — Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate
* Time Management — Managing one's own time and the time of others, while also possessing the ability to multitask and prioritize
* Service Orientation — Actively looking for ways to help people
* Getting Information — Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources
* Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships — Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time
* Confidentiality - Being able to work discretely with confidential information
Education:
* High School diploma or equivalent required, advanced degree preferred
Experience:
7 years of Senior level administrative support experienceStrong knowledge of and experience in Microsoft Office 2016 Software

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some light physical activity may be required. This could require the ability to lift files and bend or stand as necessary.
