Executive Assistant - WFX Fire, Lock & Security

WFX Fire, Lock & Security is currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant for our Westminster, MD office. This position will play an integral role in the daily operations, customer service and organizational strength of our company. This position will provide administrative support to the President and contribute to the daily office operations. Qualified candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task, and a professional workplace demeanor.

• General office duties with a focus on customer service, accounts payable, liaison to payroll processor, Human Resources and direct support to the President.
• Specific industry training provided.

Requirements

• Must be proficient in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office.
• Must have extensive customer service and phone skills.
• Ability to stay focused and organized in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while conforming to Company standards.
