Position Overview:
As an Executive Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Chief Executive Officer. From managing schedules to coordinating travel arrangements, your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in keeping our operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Take charge of scheduling and managing our CEO's calendar and engagements.
Assist with operational analysis and support organizational priorities.
Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring smooth transitions for both local and international trips.
Facilitate staff meetings, compile briefing materials, and document meeting minutes.
Help plan and execute internal and external social functions and events.
Support strategic planning initiatives and contribute to long-term business commitments.
Drive process improvements and stakeholder engagement analyses.
Provide oversight for special projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field required. (MBA preferred)
5+ years of experience supporting senior-level managers or executives.
Experience in program management or similar roles preferred.
Ability to obtain/maintain necessary clearances as required.
