Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Washington Navy Yard, DC

Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to NAVSEA leadership.

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Facilitate communication between departments and external stakeholders.

Maintain organized filing systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

3+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in a government setting.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
