Executive Assistant - Judge Group

Position: Executive Admin

Location: Onsite 5 days a week in DC

Clearance: Active Secret or higher required

Requirements:

o            An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance

o            FIVE (5) or more years of experience working in high/fast-paced performing teams in an information technology environment

o            Provide professional and courteous interactions and coordinate with executives

o            Coordinate administrative and logistical details related to the day-to-day operations and the management and accuracy of the directors’ calendars and appointments

o            Review, edit, write, and re-write executive documentation, letters, memorandums, interoffice communications, confidential reports, and other corporate correspondence for Leadership’s approval

o            Create and update Microsoft Office presentations necessary for ongoing projects and essential briefings.

o            Assist in preparing and/or reviewing office contributions by coordinating with stakeholders

o            Perform all travel coordination and reservations

o            Assist with the performance of various office management duties, which vary from complex and/or confidential to include personnel files, agendas, travel advance, expenses, calendar management, assistance with special event coordination, escorting, and visitor building access.

o            Assist with and facilitate in the timely responses to taskers received

o            Coordinate information updates, and upload information as needed to SharePoint sites.

o            Assist with on/off-boarding personnel

o            Assist with inventory of office equipment/property

o            Supports supplies and equipment orders and distribution for the Office

o            Support planning meetings and prepare meeting materials prior to scheduled events, including meeting agendas, name tents, roster updates, handouts, etc., support the execution of actual meetings

o            Oversees the management of conference room scheduling

o            Prepares and/or updates desktop references as needed to standardize the use and/or preparation of documents and/or equipment (VTC, plotter, etc.)

o            Prepare and/or maintain a desktop reference of duties and responsibilities

o            Keep contractor and government Distribution Lists current

o            Keep contractor and government Global Access List current

o            Excellent communications skills including written, spoken, and presentation
