Executive Assistant - Convergenz

About the Job
Duties:
Remote: Hybrid; expected to be in the D.C. office a minimum of 3 days/week on average (mostly Tuesday-Thursday)
- Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel/travel expenses
- Coordinate with other staff members and external parties, ensuring that the executive's time is used efficiently, and avoiding scheduling conflicts
- Facilitate communication by acting as the first point of contact for the executive; handle incoming requests and prioritizing them based on relevance and urgency and relevance, and sometimes respond on behalf of the executive
- Oversee logistics, align team members, set timelines, prepare documents, presentations, meeting agendas and minutes
- Previous experience supporting executives, managing challenging schedules, making high judgement decisions, office management, or a similar role that demonstrates ability to handle administrative responsibilities and support senior-level executives
- Proficiency in office software, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) is essential
- Experience with virtual meeting platforms (like Zoom or Microsoft Teams)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary to manage the executive's calendar, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and execute decisions promptly
- Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality
