Executive Assistant - Spherion

Spherion is hiring an Executive Assistant for our client in Warsaw, IN!

Responsibilities:
Manages executives??? calendar and commitment and manages and supports all needs relating to travel, meeting support, etc. for CEO, President, and Executive Team, as needed.
Prepares and submits information packages for Company???s Board of Directors.
Interprets requests, helps implement action, and decides whether executive should be notified of important, or emergency matters as needed.
Analyzes unit operating practices, such as record keeping systems, forms control, office layout, suggestion systems, personnel and budgetary requirements, and performance standards to create new systems or revise established procedures.
Prepares presentations, marketing collateral, and reports, including conclusions and recommendations for solutions of operational and administrative problems.
Other duties as assigned

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:
High School Diploma or GED equivalency
Minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience providing administrative support to C-Suite Level Executive(s)
Minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience in event planning
Minimum of 1 - 2 years' experience in marketing
Initiative to take on new opportunities and touch challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalency
Minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience providing administrative support to C-Suite Level Executive(s)
Minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience in event planning
Minimum of 1 - 2 years' experience in marketing
