Job Description Summary:
The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to members of the Executive Leadership Team. This position interacts with all departments and geographies, and with individuals at all levels of the company including executive level management. This position requires outstanding organizational and communication skills, attention to detail and professional manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
+ Manage calendars, coordinate meetings
+ Answer incoming phone calls and create email correspondence.
+ Assist in creating and preparing PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets
+ Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international)
+ Complete accurate expense reports
+ Participate in events planning and execution
+ Maintain phone and email lists, organizational charts, calendars, etc.
+ Manage special projects as needed by the department
+ Catering order, set up and clean up
+ Provide administrative and phone support, when needed, to Reception or other departments
Required Qualifications:
+ 5+ years working experience as a Senior Administrative supporting executive in a fast-paced work environment
+ Advanced knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Slack
+ Experience with or ability and interest in learning other application programs
+ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
+ Able to handle sensitive, confidential information
+ Strong organizational, time management, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
+ Excellent attention to detail
+ Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, and be pro-active
+ Must be able to communicate well with individuals at all levels in and outside of the company

The base salary range for this role is $81,201.60 - $101,502.00 /year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
