We’re seeking an Executive Assistant to work at an Event Planning company in Wallingford, CT. This opportunity could be the one you’ve been looking for.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 10am-4pm (Saturdays during busy season June-December)
Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $25/hr
Position is Hybrid, with expectation of 2 days in-office

- Are proficient in Apple IOS-based texting (preferred)
- Are available to work Monday to Thursday from 10 AM to 4 PM, Saturday from 12 PM to 4/5 PM, and have flexibility during the busy season from June 1st to December 25th
- Are adaptable to a hybrid work schedule and can work Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM from January to May
- Are an excellent communicator
- Are punctual, and have pristine time management skills
- Have a learning mindset
- Prepared to provide “white glove treatment”
