Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional who excels in a fast-paced environment? Join us as the Executive Assistant to the SVP, North America Head of CS&D, and ensure the smooth operation of daily office functions.
What Youll Do:
Strategic Support:
+ Anticipate the SVPs needs and collaborate within their team and cross-functionally, including representation of the team with internal and external stakeholders
+ Seek out innovative practices to continuously improve daily tasks and procedures
+ Community building and best practice
Scheduling and Coordination:
+ Manage the SVPs calendar
+ Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations with customers and SAP executives alike
+ Act as a central contact between internal/external stakeholders, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring timely communication
+ Preparation and follow-up of meetings including taking meeting minutes
+ Admin support for new starters to the team including ordering equipment and monitoring induction
Travel and Event Management:
+ Plan travel itineraries and manage logistics
+ Process expenses related to travel and meeting coordination in a timely manner
Process Management:
+ Manage workflow items such as time-off requests, purchase orders, distribution lists, etc.
+ Assist in equipment procurement for the SVP and the wider team
What You Bring:
+ Over 5 years of professional experience, Bachelor's degree preferred
+ Experience providing proactive administrative support to senior-level executives
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to handle pressure, adapt to priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
+ Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
+ Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite ability to design and build presentations and briefings a plus

The targeted combined range for this position is 58,700-132,600 USD.The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills,experience, scope ofthe role, location, etc. as determinedthrough theselection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
