About the Job
The Executive Assistant for the District Clerk serves as the information and communication point of contact for the District Clerk.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plans and schedules meetings and appointments.
- Organizes and maintains electronic and paper documents.
- Manages and works on special projects.
- Conducts research; and disseminates information by email, telephone, and face to face contact.
- Assists in administrative office operations by facilitating and coordinating activities of the personnel engaged in carrying out its objectives, by utilizing knowledge of the District Clerk’s rules, regulations, and policies.
