Job Title:

Executive Asst Junior

Specific Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support requirements
• Maintain and coordinate multiple calendars and details
• Responsible for communicating with internal personnel and on behalf of the executives
• Organize and prepare documents requiring the integration of multiple office systems and all Microsoft Office Programs including but not limited to Word, Excel, etc.
• Occasional flexibility to work outside normal business hours

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
• Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear, straightforward manner
• Ability to show judgment and initiative to accomplish job duties
• Ability to use a personal computer and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office technology and software applications.
• Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Ability to research, digest, analyze, and present material clearly and concisely
• Ability to interact in an experienced and mature manner

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Rate: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
