Executive Assistant to the CIO - 6 Month Contract - Nesco Resource

Work for a well-regarded biotechnology company in Sleepy Hollow, NY as an Executive Assistant to the CIO! This position is a 6-month long contract; with potential for extension or permanent hire. Those with C-Suite Executive Assisting and strong time management experience, please apply!

What you need to know:
Starting Pay: $33 - $46/hour

Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5pm

MUST work at least 3 days onsite in Sleepy Hollow, NY

What you need to apply:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
• 4 or more years of experience working in as a direct assistant to a C-Suite Level Individual
  • Global Team experience preferred
  • Life Sciences or Tech Sector work a plus!
• MS Office proficiency required, One Note experience preferred
• Ability to properly handle confidential information
  • Previous related work experience a plus!
• Candidates must have a high level of professionalism
• Need to have good general admin skills, will be managing calendars, events for HR, and special projects

• Supporting Chief Information Officer (CIO) and 2-3 of their direct reports.
• Scheduling, invoicing, prioritizing meetings, travel arrangements, scheduling meetings out of the country.
• Expense reporting through Concur.
• Proactively manages calendars, schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments, conferences, interviews, etc.
• Resolves routine administrative problems and answers inquiries concerning activities and operations of department/division.
• Performs a range of staff and/or operational support activities, sometimes serving as a liaison with other departments on basic administrative matters.
