Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer at Vaden Automotive

We are adding an Executive Assistant to support of our C-Suite. We have a team of incredible talent at Vaden and are looking to surround the team with additional support for continued growth.

The role will evolve into a true partnership with your executive, understanding the business, being able to think and act for the executive, represent the executive in meetings and communicate in a highly effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

*Manage and prioritize the calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

*Coordinate and prepare materials for executive meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.

*Serve as a liaison between the strategic leaders and their teams, internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

*Conduct research and gather information as needed to support decision-making processes.

*Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.

*Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive.

Qualifications

*Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.

*Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives.

*Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of professionalism.

*Strong financial accounting experience

*Experience in handling corporate legal matters

*Effective communication skills

*Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

*Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
