Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO
Location: Hybrid within the Northeastern Region
Description:
The Executive Assistant to the CEO will oversee and facilitate the seamless execution of the CEO's office operations and activities. This role involves managing confidential matters, correspondence, and a dynamic business calendar while serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including the Board of Directors and regulatory agencies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Anticipate and proactively address the needs of the CEO and the organization.
Plan and direct administrative and operational activities for the CEO's office.
Manage the CEO's daily calendar and schedule, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
Attend meetings, document key actions, and ensure timely task completion.
Provide leadership support for special projects and organizational initiatives.
Prepare and manage Board meeting materials, ensuring timely system posting and compliance with deadlines.
Represent the CEO's office in daily communications with the Board of Directors, employees, regulators, and external stakeholders.
Coordinate internal and external communications, including email and materials preparation.
Assist with planning and executing events of varying scales.
Offer support to team members and other executive assistants as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting senior executives and coordinating Board meetings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Self-starter with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Experience in travel planning and expense management.
Strong judgment, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Full-Time
Compensation:
Pay range: $77k-$110k/year
