Job Overview:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the executive team. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the executive office. Looking for someone who can be an extension of and leverage for the Executive Team as we grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements for Executive Team
• Assist in monitoring expenses
• Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports and presentations
• Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in preparing for meetings, including setting up conference calls, video conferences, and in-person meetings
• Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
• Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives
• Proficient in MS Office and other office management software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
• Ability to think around corners and anticipate difficulties before they arise
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
