The Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Executive Assistant to support our visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in driving innovation and thought leadership. If you are passionate about emerging technologies, especially artificial intelligence (AI), and excel in both written and verbal communication, this is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Management: Curate content and respond to interactions to build and maintain the CEO's online brand.
• Leadership Capabilities: Craft newsletters and blogs and occasionally stand in for the CEO at strategic communication meetings.
• Liaison Duties: Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and key partners, associations, and departments.
• Innovative Contributions: Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the CEO’s reputation and build strong external relationships.

What It Takes to be Successful:Qualifications:
• Strong passion for emerging technologies, particularly AI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage social media presence and create engaging content.
• Experience in crafting newsletters and blogs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and adaptability.
• College/University degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience administrative support, plus at least 2 years as an executive assistant to senior management in a fast-paced office environment.
• Tech-savvy; proficient in MS Office 365 programs and CMS systems with demonstrated experience creating presentations for executives (UKG, iCIMS, One Note, Chrome River, SharePoint, and Salesforce experience a plus)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel required to create and manage complicated spreadsheets
• Strong calendar and business travel management experience required
