AZ Leads is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our team. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing scheduling priorities and business development activities for the CEO, conducting targeted research, and supporting the CEO with special projects as needed.
What You’ll Do
The Executive Assistant will be expected to:
- Deliver outstanding schedule management and executive support: Solicit and review meeting requests, prioritize appointments, coordinate scheduling with internal and external parties, manage scheduling priorities, travel and event logistics for the CEO. Assist with all administrative and operational tasks in a well-run office (office supplies, organization, etc.). Assist with material generation, minutes, and various tasks associated with board meeting preparation.
- Manage multiple priorities: Support the CEO with targeted research, working directly with a variety of stakeholders across multiple, concurrent projects. Assist with preparation of key documents/data needed for meeting preparation, and board meetings.
- Engage with stakeholders: Communicate in a professional and respectful manner to all stakeholders, including external partners and internal team members.
- Demonstrate initiative and effectively manage time: Identify potential challenges before they arise and ensure that all scheduling priorities are addressed in a timely manner.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: BA/BS required, experience in education sector preferred
- Related experience: Previous experience with calendar and schedule management in a fast-paced organization
- Organization Skills and Adaptability: Capacity for maintaining an organized schedule and an ability to navigate ambiguity comfortably and meet frequent deadlines
- Project Management and Adaptability: Ability to coordinate multiple events at a time, ensuring that all priorities are met across special projects
- Results: Demonstrated ability to exceed goals and a bottom-line, action focused orientation
- Strategic Vision and Agility: Ability to think strategically, anticipate future consequences and trends and incorporate them into a project; self-starter
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Sense of humor, the capacity to operate in a fast-paced atmosphere, and an enthusiasm in joining a forward-thinking organization.
