Executive Assistant to the CEO - HSP Direct

HSP Direct is seeking a dynamic and service minded person to serve as Executive Assistant to the CEO. This role is vital to our organization, offering key support both with executive operations and special projects. This position is fast paced, requiring a servant leadership approach, adaptability, excellent teamwork skills, and strong project management abilities. The ideal candidate has a passion for conservative politics and is a proactive self-starter who loves a great challenge.
Success Profile:
- Double the CEO's productivity and serve as a representative of the CEO to employees, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless communication across all levels of the organization, fostering transparency and alignment between the CEO, executive team, and employees.
- Act as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing incoming communications, and ensuring timely responses or follow-up as needed.
- Conduct research, analyze information, and prepare briefings to facilitate important decision making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, including leadership, employees, clients, and partners.
- Lead effective and impactful company-wide planning.
- Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timeliness.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Provide operational and logistical support including but not limited to schedule management, travel planning, and expense reporting.
- Assist in the interview process, ensuring we are hiring the right people for every role.
