As the Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President , you will:
+ Assisting the Senior Vice President and otherexecutive leaders by managing day-to-day global operational and administrative needs concerning tasks, responsibilities, prioritizations, and delegations.
+ Facilitating domestic and international travel arrangements; assisting in payments, expense processing, and charge card reconciliation.
+ Overseeing and managing office procedures, involving organizational documents, records, reports, data entry, etc.
+ Supporting global communications by maintaining a master calendar including all holidays, special events, organization meetings, and gatherings involving office employees.
+ Maintain strict confidentiality of all highly sensitive, personal, and financial information.
+ Streamline administrative processes, optimize executive productivity, and ensure smooth operations through planning and proactive problem-solving.
Degree Requirement
Degree or equivalent experience desired.

• Operates and maintains standard office equipment such as copiers, faxes, phones.
• Distributes internal and external correspondence to appropriate recipients.
• Coordinates travel arrangements and expense reimbursements.
• Orders, stocks and distributes office supplies.
Role will provide operational and administrative support to the HR Director and the HR and Communications team. This role would be ideal for an experienced executive admin or an entry level HR professional. Duties will include but are not limited to:
-Administrative support to the HR Director - managing calendar, booking travel, handling expenses, etc.
-Human Resources support including dashboard updates, onboarding and off-boarding, supporting leaders with reporting requests, basic HRIS tasks
-Learning and development support including logistics and event coordination
-Facilitate employee engagement initiatives that make work fun, amplify employees' voices, make leadership accessible to all, and support employee recognition.
-Employee communications support including building regular employee and leader newsletters and communications, maintaining the division website, scheduling employee meetings, managing events and engagement calendar
