About the Job

Job Purpose:
- Assist the Regional Director of Operations in all areas including HR, Payroll, IT, Plant Operations, Purchasing
- To ensure that facilities are well-run and well-staffed by training Facility managers, including HR Directors, Maintenance Directors
Responsibilities:
- Software & Process Training
- Coordinate management meetings
- Payroll management
- Employee Benefits management
- Recruitment reports
- IT setup and management of user accounts
- Online supplies purchasing
Experience:
- At least 2 years of work experience
- Payroll experience preferred
