Vaco is working with a Client in the Entertainment industry who is looking for a qualified EA to support the Chief Legal Office. As an Executive Assistant key responsibilities will include heavy calendaring and scheudle managment, drafting and redlining documents, and liaison to external legal counsel. This opportunity is located in Century City and will be in the office 4 days a week. This opportunity is a contract potential contract to hire and is looking to pay between $30-$40/hr depending on experience.

Job Specifications:

Handle high-volume calendar and schedule managment
Draft, redline and edit highly confidential documents.
Liaise with multiple external legal counsels on active litigation cases, subpoenas and contracts.
E-file high volume of documents and send documents for e-sign as requested.
Organize and maintain high-volume calendars, creating efficiency and balance in daily/weekly/monthly schedules
Over 5 years of Executive Support experience required for role
Background in Legal sector or Paralegal background highly preferred
Bachelors Degree required for role
Strong organizational and communication skills a must
Strong ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment a must
