About the Job
Highly respected law firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Managing Partner and CFO in their Los Angeles office. The ideal Executive Assistant will have at least 7 years of experience supporting managing partners or C-Suite executives in a law firm setting, a keen eye for detail, and ability to juggle multiple projects.
The Executive Assistant's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing materials and agendas for Board meetings
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence
- Managing the calendar of meetings, conference calls, speaking engagements, etc. for the Managing Partner
- Coordinating the flow of information and updates on projects
- Liaising between managers, Board of Directors, and outside vendors
- Providing overall high-level administrative support to the Director.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 7+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting Managing Partners or C-Suite Executives in a law firm required
- Extremely high level of attention to detail is an absolute must
- Ability to organize and manage competing priorities and projects while maintaining composure and professionalism
- Excellent written and verbal communication

Compensation Range: $100k - $150k annually depending on experience.
