We are a Commercial General Contractor servicing the Western States. Our strengths are in Retail, Grocery, Office, Design / Build, Industrial and Energy Retrofit Construction projects. We provide service in 11 Western States including California, Nevada, Arizona, Washington, Oregon, Texas, Montana, Colorado, Idaho, and New Mexico. We handle all aspects of the construction process, including planning, estimating, value engineering, management, and safety for your construction projects.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Vice President (VP) of Construction. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a high level of discretion and the capacity to handle sensitive information. The EA will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating meetings, managing communications, and assisting with project management tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the VP’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Process expense reports and manage reimbursement requests.
Act as the first point of contact for the VP, screening calls and managing emails.
Draft, review, and send out communications on behalf of the VP.
Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and minutes.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
Proven experience in managing complex calendars and travel arrangements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Procore a plus!
Office environment with occasional travel to construction sites or external meetings.
May require working beyond standard business hours to meet deadlines or attend events.
