HumanHire is partnering with one of Long Island's largest hospital systems in their search for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to our clients Chief Information Officer (CIO). The ideal candidate will manage a variety of office tasks and projects, ensuring efficient and effective operation of the CIO's office.

- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM - 4PM or 8:30AM to 4:30PM

Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, take messages, and greet visitors.
- Schedule and manage the CIO’s appointments, meetings, and events.
- Provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage bookings for conference rooms.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records and enter data as required.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Assist with faxing, copying, and maintaining supply levels for office equipment.
- Monitor and manage office inventory supplies.
- Provide general administrative support and handle special projects as assigned by the CIO.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
