Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer at Mack & Associates, Ltd.

This role offers a salary of $70-80k, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, PTO, 403B. This is a fully on-site position with some flexibility to work from home.

Key Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant to the CEO:

• Streamline Operations: Take charge of the CEO’s calendar, correspondence, and travel arrangements to ensure seamless operations. Craft compelling presentations, draft high-level communications, and maintain organized priorities.
• Collaborate with Leaders: Act as the bridge between the CEO, internal teams, board members, and external partners, driving clear communication and efficient follow-up on strategic initiatives.
• Lead Event & Meeting Coordination: Orchestrate board meetings, prepare impactful materials, and manage logistics for executive gatherings, retreats, and special events.
• Champion Organizational Success: Oversee key projects, meticulously track expenses, and maintain critical documents and records. Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to advance the organization’s mission.

Qualifications of the Executive Assistant to the CEO:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting c-suite or senior executives.
• Experience working in the legal field, consulting, or other professional services setting.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite.
• Polished communication skills, both written and verbal, paired with a professional demeanor and discretion.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
