What You'll Do:
Calendar Management: Keep our CFO's schedule running smoothly by organizing and prioritizing a variety of tasks and appointments.
Event and Project Coordination: Assist in planning and tracking both short- and long-term projects and events.
Communication: Act as a liaison for our CFO, handling both oral and written communication with professionalism and confidentiality.
Virtual Office Administration: Provide general support to our team and partners, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
Problem Solving: Tackle challenges head-on and find creative solutions to unexpected issues.
What You'll Bring:
Experience: You've got at least 3 years of administrative experience, ideally supporting executives or C-level offices.
Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a knack for picking up new tools and systems quickly.
People Skills: You build rapport effortlessly and can communicate with anyone, from team members to vendors.
Initiative: You're proactive, self-motivated, and always ready to go the extra mile.
