About the Role
Sellers Dorsey is seeking an Executive Assistant for the Philadelphia office (hybrid) who will support the Chief Financial Officer in a way that allows them to focus on the strategy and vision for the company, key decisions that require their attention and other important issues that foster growth for the Accounting & Finance departments.
The role focuses on achieving greater capacity for the Chief Financial Officer to focus on key priorities, the strategic vision, and operations of the Finance & Accounting department. Working closely with the Chief Financial Officer, the Executive Assistant manages not only the day-to-day priorities of the Chief Financial Officer, but also drives certain initiatives that are selected by the Chief Financial Officer.
In addition to managing the schedule and workflow of the Chief Financial Officer, this role also gets involved in special projects, participates in meetings with clients and other leadership officials, conducts research, leads certain initiatives, and takes on other responsibilities to further the success of the Chief Financial Officer and the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Chief Financial Officer's workflow and priorities by managing their schedule and anticipating their needs.
- Involved in special projects, participates in meetings with clients and other leadership officials, conducts research, leads certain initiatives, and takes on other responsibilities.
- Schedule calls and meetings with both clients and employees across multiple time zones.
- Keep up-to-date calendar for CFO as well as Accounting & Finance Department calendar and task due dates.
- Provides administration support within the Accounting & Finance department including taking notes/minutes, reviewing and monitoring follow up action items while utilizing project management skills.
- Coordinate and book travel including flights and hotels using the firm's travel agency.
- Prepare and submit expense reports for multiple users into web-based record system, including reconciling credit cards on a timely basis.
Key Qualifications
- Associate's Degree. Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
- 5+ years' experience as an executive assistant successfully managing similar responsibilities as those listed above.
- Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated salary range for candidates is $71,900/year in our lowest geographic market range to up to $107,900/year in our highest geographic market range. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, the candidate's education, and the candidate's market location. Typically, candidates are not hired near the top of the range and compensation decisions are made based upon Sellers Dorsey's Total Compensation Policies & Guidelines. The successful candidate will also be eligible to participate in our annual Corporate Incentive Plan (CIP) that can range to up to 7% of annual salary.
Provided they meet all eligibility requirements under the applicable plan documents, the successful candidate (and their eligible dependents) will be eligible to enroll in group healthcare plans that offer medical, dental, and vision and for insurance plans offering short term disability, long term disability, and basic life. Employees are also able to enroll in Sellers Dorsey's 401k plan provided they meet plan requirements. Sellers Dorsey offers a Flexible Time Off that allows employees to use what they need. Additionally, we offer 10 paid holidays throughout the calendar year, paid time off for qualifying medical leave, and up to 12 weeks of combined paid parental and bonding leave.
