About the Role:
As the Executive Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You'll be the go-to person for our CFO & CIO, handling everything from scheduling and travel arrangements to preparing documents and coordinating meetings. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring that our executives stay on track and focused on what matters most.
Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars and schedules with finesse, ensuring all appointments and deadlines are met seamlessly.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations, making sure our executives are well-prepared for their trips.
Assist in planning and executing meetings, events, and special projects, contributing to their success from start to finish.
Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes, presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations with precision and professionalism, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion, maintaining trust and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in providing high-level administrative support, ideally to senior executives.
Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute, demonstrating efficiency and accuracy.
Strong knowledge of office administrative practices and procedures, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for grammar and punctuation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and willingness to learn new tools and software.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize competing demands effectively, while remaining adaptable and resourceful.
