Executive Assistant to CEO – Web3 Crypto Global Firm
An international Tech / Web3 highly successful startup is hiring for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Founder & CEO. A successful candidate for this role must have prior industry experience (tech, web3 or crypto) and 3+ years of EA experience. This is an exciting role for a tech-savvy candidate who is excited to bring fresh processes and ideas to the table to directly impact the firm’s success.
Salary commensurate with experience: $110-140k range + discretionary bonus, 30 days PTO, free lunch, fully paid benefits, 401k match
Location: Onsite 5 days/week near Madison Square Park, NYC
Hours: around 9am-6pm, flexible as needed but not true 24/7
Seeking
- 3+ years of experience supporting a founder/CEO or senior level executive
- Industry experience required: Software Technology, Crypto, Blockchain or Web3
- Familiarity with NYC
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly Tech savvy to incorporate new systems and utilize AI tools- forward thinking and wants to utilize technology in process improvements
- Bring new ideas to the table
Responsibilities include:
- Extensive, complex Google calendar management and scheduling and gatekeeping for CEO
- Must understand prioritizing inboxes & triaging emails, creating/drafting correspondence
- Complex travel coordination – international & domestic, flights, hotels, cars, etc.
- Work alongside the Personal Assistant
- Office Coordination (everyone pitches in)
- Lots of ad hoc projects and room to contribute in many ways!
