Comp: $200k - $215k Base + Bonus + Stellar Benefits!

About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Executive Assistant to our visionary CEO. This is not just any assistant role; it’s your chance to be a key player in our exciting journey! You’ll be the right hand to our CEO, juggling a variety of tasks that keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. What You’ll Do:
- Master the Schedule: Take charge of the CEO’s calendar, juggling meetings and travel plans like a pro.
- Communication Management : Craft and organize impactful documents, reports, and presentations that make a difference.
- Be the Go-To: Act as the first point of contact for our internal teams and external partners, representing our company with professionalism and charisma.
- Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Project Management: Dive into exciting projects, tracking their progress and ensuring we stay on target.
- Coordinate & Facilitate: Organize engaging team meetings, ensuring agendas are set and action items are followed up on.
- Research & Compile: Conduct research and gather data that will empower decision-making at the highest level.
- Adapt & Innovate: Take on ad-hoc projects and tasks, always ready to tackle whatever comes your way!
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree holder.
- Minimum of 8 years experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a CEO.
- Experience in the venture capital or tech industry
- Ability to thrive in extremely fast-paced environment.
- A master of organization and multitasking, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and excited to learn new tools.
- An exceptional communicator, both written and verbal, with a knack for building relationships.
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives under pressure and meets tight deadlines with grace.
- Someone who values discretion and confidentiality as much as we do!
