Elevator Pitch
Join SCP as an Executive Assistant and become a key player in a dynamic, mission-driven organization focused on education, equity, and justice. This role demands a highly organized, proactive individual who excels in managing complex schedules, handling confidential information, and supporting high-level decision-making. Ideal candidates will be experienced in navigating fast-paced environments, adept at administrative tasks, and possess a talent for building efficient organizational systems.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s degree required; Bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience: 5 years in administrative roles, 3 years supporting senior leaders, 2 years in mission-driven organizations
- Skills: Exceptional organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, high emotional intelligence, and a flexible, team-oriented approach
Core Responsibilities
- Manage CEO's calendar and meeting logistics
- Prepare agendas, take notes in meetings, and handle day-to-day administrative tasks
- Manage organization-wide calendar (organization-wide meetings, etc.)--including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking notes, and project managing all parties and next steps
- Project manage and support cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
- Contribute to organizational budget processes and event planning as needed
- Additional administrative needs based on needs of organization
