Location: Administrative Office, Remote 1 Day Per Week
Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to the CEO, who will also support the Board. This position requires a servant leader mindset through a dynamic individual capable of managing executive-level administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Executive Support:
● Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements including accommodations, transportation, and meals when necessary.
● Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
● Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
● Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the CEO.
● Serves as a liaison between the CEO and the Board of Directors, executive team, senior leaders, donors, partners, and external organizations to ensure efficient and timely flow of work and assist in facilitating swift action and responses.
Board Support
● Serve as Board liaison assisting in various work streams as needed.
● Attend Board meetings quarterly and assist with logistics and meeting coordination.
● Responsible for board website and organization of important documents.
● Develop an ongoing reporting system for board and campaign members.
Project Management
● Assist the CEO with special projects, conducting research, gathering data, and preparing comprehensive reports.
● Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met without fail.
● Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track and report on project progress.
● Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved on time.

Professional Qualifications:
● Administrative, organizational, and computer skills including use of email and Microsoft Office suite of products
● Documentation of references (at least two professional and one personal) that attest to the person’s capability of performing the duties of the position and to the person’s suitability of working with or around children and vulnerable populations
● Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Non-Profit Management, Communications, or a related field. (combination of education and experience acceptable)
● Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the non-profit sector
● Experience with fundraising, development, or grant writing is highly desirable.
● Minimum one year of relevant experience, preferably with vulnerable populations is preferred
Position Requirements:
● Moderate travel among Wellspring Living locations and others in the Metro Atlanta area.
● Must be able to lift objects up to 25 pounds and have the ability to work for long periods at a computer
● Satisfactory criminal history background check
● Clean Motor Vehicle Record
