Executive Assistant to C-Suite team – Luxury Retail

A global, luxury retail brand is hiring for an experienced Executive Assistant who has experience supporting a CFO with strong Excel skills to support a team of C-Suite executives including the CEO, and this role will directly support the VP of Finance and Administration. This EA will work collaboratively with a team of other assistants to provide scheduling, travel, and ad hoc project support to these wonderful executives. The firm values a great culture and work life balance. Fluency in French is preferable, but not required.

Onsite in Midtown NYC Monday – Friday

Hours: Standard business hours – no overtime/after hour work required/expected

Salary range: $70-90K base (commensurate with years of EA experience) + bonus eligible + profit sharing + 401k match, fully paid benefits and 16 days PTO

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of EA experience – experience supporting a CFO is required
• BS/BA Degree required
• Must have advanced Excel skills – must know pivot tables and how to manipulate data
• Fluency in French preferred, not required (willingness to learn)
• Windows, Office 365
• Strong English writing skills
• Ability to work on high level projects but also make coffee.
• Ability to handle high pressure

Responsibilities include:

• Managing agendas and scheduling meetings in Outlook
• Making travel arrangements, including flights, cars and hotels
• Ordering catering
• Supporting general administrative tasks such as managing phone calls, office supplies, writing letters, taking notes, managing expense reports, and organizing mass mailings
• Maintaining databases
• Organizing records in Excel, utilizing Pivot Tables and manipulating data
• Preparing meeting presentations with an understanding of target audience’s informational needs
• Planning and coordinating Company-wide initiatives
• Facilitation other teams’ projects when necessary (ex.: Commercial trainings, Holiday initiatives, IT implementations, etc.)
