Executive Assistant to C-Suite
Location: On Site Daily- Ft. Lee, NJ (Non-Remote, Non-Virtual, Non-Hybrid)

The Players Alliance is seeking a professional, reliable, responsible, detailed oriented client focused Executive Assistant to support the TPA's leadership team. The successful candidate will have a mature, professional, collaborative and approachable work style, can operate under pressure, is proactive and decisive with a highly polished professional presence. They should be exceptionally well-organized with previous C Suite level administrative, executive support, and project management experience. The ideal candidate will need to be flexible, and strategic while operating with the utmost confidentiality and integrity.
Some of the Day To Day Job Duties:
• This highly organized and endlessly resourceful professional will support the Senior Leadership Team in day-to-day administrative and operational needs, contributing to projects and managing meetings at the executive level.
• Anticipate needs, and provide the highest caliber of administrative support on: day-to-day scheduling, meeting logistics, travel itineraries, expense reports, etc.
• Ensure the Senior Leadership Team is prepared for meetings and events by soliciting agendas, creating itineraries, making reservations, printing material, and doing whatever it takes to ensure effective preparation
• Manage meeting agendas, ensure effective preparation (pre-reads, technology functioning, etc.), take notes, and drive follow ups and next steps
• You’ll create systems for leverage: optimize calendar to ensure the Senior Leadership Team's time and energy are spent in the highest-leverage ways.

Whether it’s in an email, over the phone, or in person, you know how to get things done through your ability to clearly and professionally express yourself.

Requirements:
• A polished, professionally mature, positive, customer service mindset.
•7+ years of high level, complex administrative work experience including heavy calendaring and complex international travel coordination, preferably within a high-tech environment
• Ability to work and strive in a fast-paced, matrix environment and execute against multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing and re-prioritizing Process highly confidential and critical information on a routine basis with discretion. Excellent communication skills - verbal and written involving C-level communications
• Power user of Google Mail and Calendar as well as Microsoft Office suite:
Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to influence others, manage conflict appropriately, and act strategically
• Collaborates and brings a mindset of ultra-responsiveness with other administrative staff and business partners across the organization
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, anticipate the needs of the executive and their team and exercise independent, sound judgment
• Demonstrated passion for continuous learning, improvement, and sharing best practices
