We are seeking an energetic and driven Executive Assistant to join our team, based out of our St. George, Utah office.

Your Role

As an Executive Assistant, you will:

• Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring efficient time management.
• Maintain and organize calendars and meetings for seamless workflow.
• Prepare and process detailed expense reports in a timely manner.
• Provide proactive support to clients, addressing their needs and inquiries.
• Generate reports for executive leadership and team members.
• Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism, directing communications as appropriate.
• Monitor and prioritize executive email correspondence, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Design and develop presentations and decks.
• Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the overall business operations of the firm.

Qualifications and Preferences

The ideal candidate will possess:

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.

Preferences

• · Experience as an administrative assistant is highly encouraged but not required.
