Executive Assistant - Robert Half

Description Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Serve as sole receptionist, executive secretary, and general secretary to the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Board of Directors. 2. Solely responsible for all accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and quarterly reports. An accountant audits the bookkeeping monthly. 3. Maintain shareholder records and, as Transfer Agent, manage share transfers. Solely responsible for the distribution of dividends to shareholders twice a year. 4. In cooperation with the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Financial Officer, prepare for the bi-monthly Board meetings by providing the Board of Directors with information packets about the ongoing business of the Company. Arrange bi-monthly Board meeting venues, annual shareholder meeting venue and dinner. 5. Design, prepare for printing and distribute the Annual Report. 6. Update, prepare and arrange to be filed with the SEC, and mail to the shareholders the annual proxy voting materials. 7. Assist the CFO in assuring company's observance of investment company law as the Securities & Exchange Commission Compliance Officer, including cooperating with SEC agents during their occasional examinations. 8. Solely responsible for SEC reports and filings throughout the year. 9. Assist accountant and during monthly audits and assist CPAs during annual audits. 10. Procure and maintain necessary office supplies and equipment. The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $70,000.
