**Executive Assistant** **Bellevue, WA** **FTE - Direct hiring** **Responsibilities:** + Proactivelymanage complex calendars and travel using MS Outlook. + Manage teammeetings (scheduling, attendee management, agenda creation, note-taking) + Plan andexecute events for a global team (off-sites, all-hands, team events,org-wide events, celebrations, etc.) + Create expensereports and manage event budgets. + Supportexecution of contracts and payments with external vendors as needed. + Collaboratewith other Executive Assistants, Program Managers, Recruiting Managers,Finance Partners, and HR Partners on team deliverables. + Some projectmanagement - Track deadlines, action items and key deliverables forleadership team + Communication(draft internal communications and announcements, edit documents foraccuracy and clarity, create or edit presentations, send internal andexternal email communications) + Create andmaintain organizational charts **Basic Requirements:** + At least 2+years of Executive Assistant experience + Expertise withcomplex executive calendar management using Outlook + Expertise withtravel management and travel arrangements + Experience withevent planning + Show discretionin handling confidential information and comfortable interacting withsenior Executives + Outstanding organizationalskills, strong attention to detail, and a proven ability to prioritizemultiple requests and meet tight deadlines **The benefits our employeesenjoy:** + 401(k)Savings Plan- Matched 150% up to 6%.
