Executive Assistant - Agility Recruiting

Our client is a leading philanthropic organization dedicated to sustainability at the local and global scale. We seek a high-performing Executive Assistant to support our CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex executive scheduling, including international travel arrangements and high-stakes meeting coordination
• Prepare comprehensive briefing materials, reports, and correspondence
• Handle confidential communications and sensitive information with discretion
• Serve as primary communication liaison for executive leadership
• Organize and maintain executive office systems and digital/physical filing
• Coordinate board meetings, executive events, and strategic planning sessions
• Manage expense reporting and budget tracking for executive office

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years executive assistant experience in nonprofit, philanthropic, or corporate environments
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
• Ability to anticipate needs and work proactively
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, time-sensitive priorities
