Job Responsibilities
· Responsible for complex and detailed calendar management
· Preparation of monthly expense reports, arrange all travel including flights, hotel, and ground transportation
· Prepare reports for weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings
· Assist other administrative support staff as needed
Requirements
· 5+ years of administrative work experience, with 2+ years in a senior administrative/executive assistant role
· Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
· Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Proven track record complex calendar management and coordinating travel
· Must have a strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team environment
