About the Job
- Schedule meetings, draft agendas, develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials, and record meeting minutes including action items and timelines
- Maintain up to date electronic and hard copy filing system
- Prioritize inquiries and requests for the CEO while troubleshooting conflicts and making recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements
- Assist with special projects by designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations and prepare correspondences
- Participate as a member of the RFP grant writing team by providing project management which includes logistical support, ranking, coordination of monitoring, scheduling, finalizing and tracking for the Grant Writing Team
- Assist with developing and managing data systems including coordinating the collection of data and outcomes and analysis of data
- Research, interpret, analyze and write reports and summaries
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead the organization including oversight of agency initiatives, projects, and strategic plan
- Coordinate internal and external meeting schedules for the CEO
