JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring a self-sufficient Executive Assistant in San Antonio, TX, to support a C-level executive and join a team of high-performing professionals. While reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Executive Assistant will perform various administrative tasks.

• Keep track of commitments, timeframes, and deadlines to ensure the CEO is adequately prepared for meetings and deadlines.

• Plan executive meetings, client meetings, and board meetings.

• Assist with incoming and outgoing communications.

• Assist with various financial requests and expense reports as assigned by the executives.

• As necessary, communicate with internal and external parties on behalf of the CEO.

• Support the CEO in special projects, including preparing presentation slides, ad hoc reports, procedures manuals, and other operational support as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of corporate administrative experience

• Ability to work well with management, vendors, and team members

• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word / Excel)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail

• Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly

• Experience in real estate/transactional or a corporate/legal environment is preferred.
