Key Responsibilities

Executive Support to the CEO: Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, handle high-level correspondence, organize files, and assist with key tasks to ensure seamless operations.

Board of Trustees Coordination: Provide essential support to the Board, including coordinating logistics for board meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining clear, effective communication among members.

Meeting & Conference Organization: Coordinate staff meetings, board sessions, and conferences, handling all scheduling, venue logistics, and ensuring materials and equipment are ready for smooth execution.

Office Systems & Procedure Design: Develop and implement efficient office systems and workflows to enhance productivity and streamline daily processes.

Awards & Recognition Program Administration: Oversee the awards program from nomination through to ceremony, managing all aspects to recognize excellence within the organization.

Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for the CEO, facilitating clear communication between internal teams and external partners to foster strong relationships.
- A bachelor’s degree or comparable business experience.
- Minimum of five years’ senior administrative support experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
