Our Opportunity:

We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant in Menlo Park, CA. In this role, you will report to the CEO and provide administrative support to executives in the C-Suite. You will be their liaison between Exponent employees, clients, board members, analysts, shareholders and the general public. This is a full-time in-office position. 

You will be responsible for:

• Coordinating calendars, meetings and schedules
• Preparing and coordinating reports, presentations, and exhibits
• Taking on special administrative projects for the heads of Finance, HR, Legal, and the CEO
• Preparing travel arrangements
• Coordinating communications between various teams
• Organizing and assisting with the daily activities of the Executive office

The ideal candidate must be proactive, organized, and have the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

You will have the following skills and qualifications:

• 6-8 years of relevant experience with 3 or more years at the Executive Assistant level supporting multiple executives
• A Bachelor's degree is required
• Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate the ability to properly handle confidential information
• Strong communication, composition, editing and proofreading skills
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Compensation:

The pay rate for this position is dependent on experience and capabilities which will be assessed during the interview process.
