Compensation: $60k-65k/yr

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing calendars and scheduling for the CEO, COO, and other key leadership members.
• Coordinating Zoom calls and managing Gmail and other calendaring software.
• Assisting the marketing team with CRM (Hubspot) database management.
• Supporting the implementation team with clerical tasks.
• Handling mailing, shipping, and coordination of marketing materials and gifts.
• Taking on special projects related to internal and client data.

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• At least 5 years of experience as an executive assistant.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable communicating with individuals at all levels within the organization.
• Flexibility to shift between different functional areas as needed.
