Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Act as the first point of contact for the executive team, handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Prepare and edit business correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for consideration and presentation by executives.
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate project deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.
- Assist in the preparation of sales meetings and events.
- Liaise with clients and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the Sales industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to manage projects, work under pressure, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think proactively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
