Job Summary
Responsible for the coordination and planning of all activities related to the company’s ongoing development efforts. Manages calendars, scheduling, and administrative functions for the department. Facilitates approvals for contractual arrangements and represents the corporation in matters associated with real estate development. Ensures that all company policies and procedures are being observed. Provides support to management in the Development Department. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinates scheduling of meetings (internal and external) and manages the calendar for the proposed development, including supporting individual executives’ calendar management needs
- Participates in meetings and facilitates follow-up deliverables (materials development, meeting scheduling/planning); takes notes as needed
- Oversees the department’s invoices and supports budgetary tracking
- Manages the electronic file database for the department
- Supports the facilitation and tracking of professional services contracts to ensure accuracy and completion in a timely manner. Prepares special projects and reports as directed.
Assists in preparing packages containing all pertinent site information for presentations for key meetings. Assures the maintenance of travel and expense account and records, including form preparation and figure reconciliation for select executives - Displays a strong knowledge of desktop tools such as the Microsoft Suite of Office products and electronic mail systems.
- Previous real estate/development experience strongly preferred.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
