Executive Assistant to CEO

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our CEO in both business and personal matters. As a trusted right-hand, you will manage the CEO's schedule, coordinate travel, and ensure seamless execution of various tasks. This hybrid role requires a highly organized, multitasking expert who thrives under pressure and can delegate effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and appointments

- Coordinate business and personal travel arrangements

- Oversee charitable initiatives and ensure timely follow-up

- Arrange personal appointments, including childcare and family-related matters

- Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism

- Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills

- Delegate tasks efficiently and maintain a high level of productivity

- Build a strong relationship with the CEO, understanding their needs and preferences

Requirements:

- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role

- Proven track record of multitasking, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines

- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain confidentiality

- Strong delegation and leadership skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

- Hybrid work arrangement (mostly remote, occasional in-person meetings)

Compensation:

- Starting salary: $100,000/year
